Bald Eagle Walks

$7Did you know that upwards of 100 Bald Eagles winter at Barr Lake? Join us to see this spectacle and observe these resilient birds. We’re hosting three opportunities to get out and learn about the eagles of Barr Lake this winter. Each walk will be guided by knowledgeable Bird Conservancy Staff and Volunteers so you’re sure to learn something new! Binoculars will be provided. Spanish interpretation will be offered on January 18th.
Please note: This walk will be about 1.5 miles each way to the gazebo and viewing area (~3 miles round trip).
Scholarships are available. Please complete THIS FORM BEFORE you register and wait for a reply from a Bird Conservancy staff member.

This program takes place at the Barr Lake State Park Nature Center located at 13401 Picadilly Rd., Brighton, CO. Please note, a $10 Daily or Annual Colorado State Parks Pass is required for entry into the park at all times.
