Lake Appreciation Day – Volunteer Opportunity!

Upcoming event with Barr Lake State Park: Lake Appreciation Day!
Saturday, July 11th with time slots between 7 – 11 a.m.
This is one of Barr Lake’s biggest events of the year and a way to practice stewardship for our treasured Barr Lake State Park & Bird Conservancy’s Environmental Learning Center. Each volunteer participant will receive a T-shirt and box lunch for helping with various maintenance projects.
At the ELC, we will be doing landscaping maintenance, removing brush piles, and other outdoor projects!
